This steep field which is visible for miles is unsuitable for a housing development. There is inadequate roads connecting this site to a main route and it would require further destruction of habitat to upgrade the road network, with parts unable to be widened due to adjoining property.

The proposed housing development will fundamentally damage the village character of our community. The roads are far too narrow to cope with increased traffic. The local schools are full . The council are already under-delivering their services despite extortionate increases in council tax
