Development, housing or business, proposed for Hayes road should not be considered due to the proximity to the established Ty Hafan estate. The very nature of Ty Hafan, which is home to dying children, requires zero disturbance from building works, increased traffic and footfall. Vale communities and beyond have already expressed deep concern about development in this area.

I object as the proposed use goes against the RLDP Objective 5 – Protecting and Enhancing the Natural Environment, Objective 4 – Placemaking and Objective 2 - Improving Mental and Physical Health and Well-being.
The site is located in an area of natural beauty and tranquillity, by the coastal path and a green area where many locals go walking (including my family) and between Ty Hafan and Beechwood College.
