Proposed land at Carlton Road. Additional Housing in this area will cause significant further traffic loading on the area and in particular the only road into and out of the area, Castle Drive. This road has only one way in and is frequently busy.

So much unacceptable traffic around Sully Rd. Three schools on Sully Rd puts the road at maximum capacity with constant traffic jams and cars travelling at dangerous speeds. So where is the entrance going to be? Same comments re: schools and doctors

Area already over saturated with cars and people
No forward planning to adequately deal with expanding population eg school and medical places
Erosion of habitat for wildlife, green spaces are being developed when other sites that are more industrial or brownfield should be utilised
