Garden centre was a fundamental pillar of the community in the heart of the countryside, it shouldn’t have been sold to buyers with every intention of replacing it for housing.
Infrastructure no sufficient to accommodate multiple homes in the area.

I oppose the development of this site for housing because it conflicts with key RLDP objectives, including climate change mitigation, health and well-being, and promoting sustainable travel, due to inadequate public transport and active travel infrastructure. Additionally, the site’s location in a natural, tranquil, heritage rural setting used by hikers and horse riders means the development would harm the environment and local character.

Sully Road has been completely overwhelmed with traffic. It's impossible to get out of the road at rush hour. Access along the whole road is also poor especially in this area, verging on dangerous with the speed of traffic. Wildlife is also a real concern. We run a hedgehog rescue and continue to see a chronic decline in the Vale after significant habitat loss. There are many release sites near this area, it is a vital spot to make sure wildlife thrives.
