Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The traffic in this area is already extremely congested . Without substantial improvements to public transport, building more residential properties would make existing congestion even worse.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I oppose all developments around Weycock Cross and Highlight Park, as they harm local wildlife and green spaces and would significantly increase traffic on Port Road. I believe enlarging lanes at Weycock Cross roundabout will not effectively reduce congestion. Additionally, there is no information on how the growing population will access healthcare or education, and public transport in the area is minimal. Overall, I see these developments as detrimental to the environment and community infrastructure.

Testun llawn:

Don’t agree with any of the developments - candidate or otherwise around weycock cross or highlight park. All of them have a negative impact on the natural habitat in respective areas affecting all types of wildlife (airborne snd ground) and grasses/green areas. All of them would have a significant impact on traffic accessing port road. The mitigation of increasing the size of lanes at weycock cross roundabout will not have any significant impact on the traffic at the roundabout and surrounding roads. There is no indication of how the increased numbers in the area would access healthcare or educational establishments. There are negligible public transport services already serving the area.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The development is destroying the green wedge. The site will have a massive detrimental impact on the community through increased strain on limited local drs, dentist and schools. Poor public transport links else where in the vale is not a reason to over populate barry. Weycock cross is a pinch point for traffic through the vale. The junction is already at capacity. Future commercial developments in the vale will not be viable as the road network is not fit for purpose. This will damage the natural wild meadows and habitat of the old farm.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Road network surrounding is not suitable and suggested changes to weycock Cross arent physically achievable with the space. The site is surrounded by wild meadows and woodland habitats which will be destroyed. Local services and already at capacity. The green wedge will slowly be eroded and the vales identity and community will be lost.
