Introduction to Representations Register
This Representations Register provides a copy of the duly made representations received in response to the Deposit Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP) public consultation, which took place between 28 January 2026 and 11 March 2026. It has been published in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development Plan) (Wales) Regulations 2005.
To view the representations on the Deposit RLDP and supporting documents, please follow the steps below:
1. Select the document that you wish to see comments on e.g. from the links below.
2. Navigate to the section of the document for which you would like to view comments. This may be a section of the Plan, a site allocation or a policy.
3. Click on the "View Representations" tab. This will provide a list of representations made in relation to that section. You will be able to see a summary of each representation alongside the full text. If the representation was submitted by email, representation form or letter, rather than directly through the online portal, a redacted version of the attachment will be available for download.
Please note: If there is no "View Representations" box next to the policy or allocation, this means that no representations were received.
4. Alternatively, site specific representations can be viewed by clicking on a site on the Proposals Map. This will navigate you to the relevant section of the Deposit RLDP.
5. If you wish to view representations made by a specific organisation, a green "Search Representations" box can be found at the top of the page. This function is only available for representations submitted by organisations and not by individuals.
If you wish to view your own representation, please log in using the "Login" option in the top right-hand corner. If this is the first time you have logged in, you will need to set a password using the "I cannot remember my password" function. Once logged in, click on "My Account" and then "Submitted" to view the representations that you have made.
PDF Representations Register
The Council have also published PDF versions of the representations. Due to the high number of duly made representations received, it has been necessary to divide the Register into volumes arranged in the order that the policy or proposal appears in the RLDP. Where more than one representation was received on the policy, this has been arranged by representation number. Where relevant, a link is provided to the original submission. Volume 1 provides a summary of all representations on the Deposit RLDP and the later volumes provide the full text of the submission alongside the summary.
Please note that if you submitted representations on multiple sections of the RLDP and/or supporting documents, your representation(s) may appear in more than one volume. Where comments were made on a candidate site that has been allocated in the Deposit RLDP, these representations have been included under the RLDP site allocation instead.
